For runners and walkers of every level. The morning opens with an easy two-mile shakeout to loosen the legs, followed by a guided flow centred on mobility, breath, and recovery.

It's a chance to wake the body, settle pre-training nerves, and set intentions for the season ahead without overworking tired muscles. Whether you're chasing a race goal or simply want a few miles in your legs before class, come find your pace alongside a small community of runners.

Move, stretch, reset. Three Saturdays at the park.
